Three things to share with clients

What the numbers say

Buyers are paying up for the right home. Our average sale rose from $1.07M to $1.20M. When a property is positioned properly, the ceiling is higher this year than last.

Correct pricing still clears near ask. The median KSIR listing sold at 96.8% of list, identical to last year, in a median 52 days. Discipline at the list price, not concessions later, is what is working.

We are taking share while transacting more. 1,703 homes closed against 1,615 a year ago, on 17.5% more volume. We are transacting more and at higher prices at the same time.

Source: Kuper Connect closed transactions, pulled 5 September 2026. Period is 1 January to 31 August 2026 and 2025, by close date. Volume counts each closed property once. Sale to list and days on market are measured on KSIR listings. These figures describe KSIR production, not the wider MLS market. Please do not present them to clients as market wide statistics.
